The accumulation of fat around the abdomen of the most known problems in women, disposal problem is harder, because the accumulation of a long period of time lasts longer than if my wallet on the magnificent body since the beginning, so turn the women into abdominal slimming diet, and get rid of the rumen, but before you start a diet, you need to follow the following tips:

Increase your intake of water, drink at least 2 liters a day, avoid drinking sodas and coffee as much as possible, try drinking a glass of water in the morning with drops of lemon juice, the mix works to purify your body of toxins.

Avoid eating between meals, your digestive system needs a rest, as you refrain from eating sweets and chewing gum, and add salt and sauces on meals, or eat after 6:00 p.m., and other foods with high calories.

The idea of getting rid of the rumen to follow diet, contains no starch, depends on proteins, vegetables and fruits, in addition to exercise, especially abdominal exercises for at least half an hour a day.

At breakfast, eat fruit except forbidden: as bananas, strawberries, plus a cup of coffee or tea, sugar-free or sugar alternative for your diet.

Either at lunch, eat a salad so large size, medium size steamed vegetable dish, plus grilled steak, or a quarter of a boiled chicken or grilled fish pieces, or you can substitute a can of tuna well former oil refinery, and chamfer vinegar.

In dinner, eat yogurt mixture option, or three tablespoons of Fava, provided that it contains oil, or one egg, boiled, or a piece of cheese, sweetened, and you can make a salad with cottage cheese, slice the cucumber and tomato, plus a toast, or a quarter of my loaf.

After the first week, you should repeat it for another week, so you can take a day off after the first week, you follow this diet, you will notice that the rumen had disappeared, and that didn't work, consult a doctor.

In addition to the previous diet, try to chew well, check well in foods that take them, as there are vegetables and fruit contain more than others on the high calories, so you should ask about the amount of calories contained in each type of drink.
